Zhonka Broadband proudly partners with select cafes, markets, taverns, and public areas to provide complimentary wireless access in the communities we serve. Bring your own wireless-ready computer and look for the "ZhonkaSurfbreak" SS ID. Voila, you're online! No encryption or password required.

Each Surfbreak wi-fi access point is powered by a Zhonka Broadband DSL connection - the same DSL you can use at your home or office. Tech:
Zhonka Surfbreaks use industry-standard "802.11b" equipment to provide the wi-fi access. Most any 802.11b equipped laptop or PDA - including Macintosh Airport cards and backward compatible 802.11g devices - work quite nicely. DSL speeds range from 256/256Kbps to 1.5/1Mbps depending on location.

Zhonka values relationships with local cafes, public areas, computer retailers and professional consultants. Participants in this program will be listed on the Zhonka web-site and invited to participate in mutually beneficial co-marketing campaigns. See the Surfbreak Partner Agreement for more info.
